Griddle Restaurant. Back side of card says, "Fine foods and cocktails

Hal O. wrote us about Chicken Griddle on 12/3/2015. He used to go there as a child with his father in the 1950s. He remembers being given "free ice cream" by his uncle George Choho Oshiro (1906-1994), who was Chicken Griddle's owner at the time. Hal doesn't recall much else but was told that Chicken Griddle used to serve Japanese-American dishes and had a full service bar. It closed sometime in the late '70s or early '80s. Tony Roma's Waikiki is currently at this same spot in the same the building, if remodeled.
